Buying from us at Foilshop.co.uk? Please read the following.

Due to the size of many items we sell the majority of orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. This means faster shipping and in many cases it means we all save on transport miles as it doesn’t need to come to us and then on to you.

Most items will arrive with customers within 5 working days. Some, however, take a little longer. Customers will be advised about shipping having placed an order.

Shipping info – returns and exchanges.

If you purchase something and need to return it then all goods must be shipped back at the buyer’s cost. Once the goods have been received in resaleable unused order Foilshop UK/NCW will issue a refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on some items.

Please note: Due to the UK distributor’s policies, DaKine and Cabrinha products are not returnable under any circumstances unless proven faulty. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Exchanges will be processed in the same way as returns. All items must be returned in 100% saleable condition at the buyer’s expense.

For faulty goods, the user must contact Foilshop UK BEFORE returning any equipment. We then set in motion the process required to sort any issues out. This may be contacting the brand which may take a short amount of time. Please be patient as we endeavour to rectify problems swifty. Please contact us via email with any queries.
