Due to the size of many items we sell the majority of orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer. This means faster shipping and in many cases it means we all save on transport miles as it doesn’t need to come to us and then on to you.

Please email us from our contact page for delivery estimates on products you are interested in.

If you purchase something and need to return it then all goods must be shipped back at the buy’ers cost. Once the goods have been received in resaleable order Foilshop UK/NCW will issue a refund.

Exchanges will be processed in the same way as returns. All items must be returned in 100% saleable condition at the buyer’s expense.

For faulty goods, the user must contact Foilshop UK BEFORE returning any equipment. We then set in motion the process required to sort any issues out. This may be contacting the brand which may take a short amount of time. Please be patient as we endeavour to rectify problems swifty. Please contact us via email with any queries.
