NCW’s short John wetsuit is as warm as a standard 3mm unlined suit BUT being 2mm gives you more flexibility. Wear as a short John suit alone for WARMER waters/conditions/seasons OR UNDER your wetsuit for extra warmth in COLD winter waters.
Foilshop’s team of foilers use the NCW short John wetsuit to good effect for a variety of fly above water disciplines. The aforementioned flexibility makes it a good choice for all types of good weather foiling. Its thinner neoprene gives enough protection from the elements. And as an additional layer in colder months, when you most need it, you can’t get better.
