Axis Fatty Power Carbon Foil Mast

Axis Fatty Power Carbon Foil Mast

With front wing spans pushing into the 1500 range and beyond, we set out to create a mast that could handle the loads, deliver unshakable stiffness and maintain the smooth, precise feel AXIS riders expect. At 18.5mm with a longer chord and deeper fuse – see here for Fatty Fuselage –  connection, Fatty is built with Medium Modulus Carbon – striking the perfect balance between strength, stiffness and affordability so riders can unlock big-foil performance without compromise.

This is the mast that transforms large-sized foils into something playful and controlled. Paired with the Fatty Fuselage Range, it lets the wings of 1500 and 1750 light up with more drive and response while opening the door to even larger designs. Big wings suddenly feel smaller underfoot, giving you control, connection and stability without sacrificing speed or flow.

For riders over 200lbs/95kg, the Fatty is a game-changer, delivering the extra stiffness and leverage needed to handle the torque that comes with big bodies and big wings. This is the ultimate big rider platform for all their foiling disciplines.

Offered in 800mm/31.49″ and 900mm/35.43″ lengths, Fatty is ready for every discipline. Winging in open ocean swells, pumping across docks, chasing endless downwinders or unlocking glide on massive foils, this mast brings confidence to it all. It takes the power of large foils and makes them accessible and responsive, allowing riders to push into new territory with absolute confidence.
