The Signature Pegasus V1 was first added to the SPG lineup in 2018 with the goal to assist riders with faster acceleration and quicker pop-ups especially when downwinding.
After many versions over the years and inspired by the latest Hawaii innovations of Dave Kalama, Flying Dutchman and others, SPG designer Nathan van Vuuren, known for SUP foil racing and master flat water pump foiler, combined his years of knowledge and ability to design a board with some of his own personal attributes to help take SUP foiling to the next level.
Features include:
- Anti-tip rails for added stability on narrower boards.
- Balanced volume distribution.
- Quick release nose design for fast acceleration.
- Low drag tail for early foiling release.
- Added strength production carbon PVC reinforced foil board.
The Pegasus 2 is built to last with reinforced PVC boxes, full PVC deck, using carbon to ensure a balance of performance and strength.
Extended bevelled rails around the front nose area to avoid tracking when touching down.
Concave top deck for added comfort and lower centre of gravity when riding.
Specially designed anti slip diamond EVA deck pad that allows you to feel your foot placing without having to look down.
3D Calculated Volume distribution for balanced flight.
Created for SUP flat water, SUP down winding or light wind wingsurf sessions.
